Using GPS to monitor employees’ use of the company vehicles has a subtly superior, big- brotherly sound to it. The employer is essentially saying that the employee cannot be trusted. Outrageous?

It is time you can ask for advice and mentorship once you’ve built up a rapport with your mentor target because this is the time that this person knows you, knows a bit of your story and already has positive associations with you because you’ve given her content and business a signal boost.

You would look desperate if you go up to a stranger and ask to be mentored. Build a personal connection, help others and they’ll be more likely to want to return the favor...

As the most common cancer among women, breast cancer’s potential triggers — from genes to behaviors to lifestyle and even environmental exposures — are relatively well-studied. MIJNBOUW VERTRAGING OM VONK CUP DAG TARIEF KNIPPEN

De Reserve Bank van Australië’s (RBA) zes jaar Melbourne Cup streak is ingesteld om door te gaan.

LÄRARE STREJK PÅ HÅLL MELLAN LÖN ERBJUDANDE

Queensland lärarnas Union (QTU) har parkeras stat-omfattande strejk, säger dess medlemmar bör acceptera en ny regering betala erbjudande.

QTU har gett affären i princip stöd och säger att det kommer nu att gå till en omröstning. QTU ordförande Kevin Bates berättade AAP en strejk som skulle ha involverat tiotusentals lärare på 16 oktober har skjutits upp tills resultatet av omröstningen är känd.

Herr Bates sade regeringen hade kommit överens om att behålla 20 villkor, inklusive klass storlekar, stimulanser avlägset område och systemet för lärare.

Men han sade att EU nu visa affären som en seger.

-Verkligheten här är att resultatet skyddar saker som vi redan hade, säger han.
“När du tittar på detta, det har inte varit betydande vinster av regeringen eller unionen.”
